Using hidden content on the site

Some optimizers, in pursuit of top positions, resort to posting hidden content. It is not initially visible to users on the page, but is visible by the robot indexing the site. This is text in tabs, spoilers, with visibility properties:hidden; and display:none;.

Other methods of hiding content are:

The same color of the text and background;
Font size unreadable to the human eye;
Placing text behind other objects;
Other techniques using CSS and jаvascript.
At the moment, search engines are able to identify all the methods used for this. Offending sites are punished with a hard ban and dropping out of the index, so in pursuit of a result, we do not recommend trying your luck in this way.

White Text hiding methods
Hiding text for the sake of usability is not punishable by search engines.This can be drop-down content, hints, and so on. The main difference between the "white" methods and the "black" ones is that in the case of the former, with certain actions, the user has the opportunity to read the text, and secondly, it remains hidden in any case.
