• Z-Wave is a wireless communication method that uses low—power radio waves that are safe for health. The signal is perfectly transmitted through walls, floors and furniture.

• The Z-Wave technology is based on a mesh network. This means that all Z-Wave devices "communicate" with each other: the signal is transmitted from one device to another within the network.
