Homeowners Collection Management Software
Introducing the Home Owners Collection Management System, a straightforward PHP application that operates on the web and utilizes a MySQL database. This system aims to provide Subdivisions/Villages Homeowners Associations with an automated platform that efficiently manages and records the collections. The application stores the collection records of each member, along with relevant data, in a simple and delightful user interface. The Houseowners Collection Management System Project necessitates the management to log in using their user credentials to access the system’s features and functionalities. The system users are divided into two roles: Administrators and Staff users. Administrators can access all the features and functionalities, while Staff Users have limited access. The management must first populate Collection Categories and Phase List when using the system for the first time. Additionally, the system produces printable monthly collection reports.
