According to the authors of the initiative, the chatbot allows students to get simple answers and does not develop critical thinking and skills necessary for academic and life success. However, experts are confident that a locked chatbot will not prevent students from using it outside of school. A number of teachers believe that a chatbot is useful in work and blocking it does not make sense.
