The Shiba Inu (SHIB) cryptocurrency meme continues to be one of the preferred investment tools of cryptocurrencies, as evidenced by the data of the WhaleStats large transaction tracker.
As of December 28, 5,000 of the largest cryptocurrencies owned SHIB for an average of more than $ 46 million.
The $46 million figure is about $30 million less than what was noted among the 500 largest Ethereum whales last month.
WhaleState also monitors other actions of large investors, including their most popular trading currencies, the tokens they own, and smart contracts. Interestingly, over the past 36 hours, whales on the Ethereum (ETH) network have used the USDC stablecoin smart contract much more often than ETH, by 33%.
In addition, the top 100 whales in the BNB network mainly traded stablecoins, including USDC, BSC-USD and BUSD. However, their trading volumes were less aggressive compared to ETH whales.
Recently, the analytical company IntoTheBlock reported that large-scale transactions with Shiba Inu (SHIB) suddenly increased by 300%. We are talking about transactions above 100 thousand dollars.
