The movement of funds that have been lying idle for a long time by unknown owners traditionally attracts the attention of the community. This usually applies to early bitcoins.
Recall that in May 2021, 500 BTC (~$27.6 million at that time) started moving for the first time after consolidation in 2013. In September, an unknown person moved 616 BTC, "dormant" since 2012.
