The No External Links plugin for the IPS forum allows you to forcibly redirect all external links through an internal page or a special redirection service.
Plugin Features
You can choose one of the following redirection methods:
-- Simple redirection
The user will be instantly redirected without any messages, additional pages, warnings, etc. Just redirect. Simple and clean.
-- Simple redirection with a message
The user will see an internal page informing him about the redirect, and then it will be automatically redirected.
-- There are also four third-party redirection services: Anon.to , Anonym.to , NullRefer.com , Redirect.am .
Especially for users who like them.
-- User page
Do you prefer to use another service that is not provided by default? Now you can do it!
You can select the groups that will see the redirect links.
Additional information
There is no need for additional actions. After installation, the redirect will be enabled by default and will work.
It works with all links in content elements, comments, reviews, etc. posted at any time. Thus, there is no need to edit or rebuild old links.
It may not work in some third-party applications. It currently does not work with the custom "Link" field in IPS Pages.
