PM Viewer is an application for IPS Community Suite 4, with which administrators can read/edit/delete user correspondence. help Conversations can also be tracked by filtering keywords. If a specific keyword added by the administrator is used in the conversation, users from the selected group will receive a notification with a link to the conversation in the PM Viewer application. Administrators can also use tools to hide all conversations with a single click.
