The Auto Image Attributes Pro NULLED plugin allows you not only to automatically add a value to the Alt attribute, but also Title, Caption and Description. To do this, after installing and activating it, go to Settings -> Image Attributes in the admin panel, and click Run Bulk Updater on the Bulk Updater tab. The plugin can update image attributes for both new images and existing images in the media library.
