Telegram Betting Bot

Command type that shows the ranking of players with the highest win rate. /bets command type that shows matches (we can enter matches with someone with a hidden command and privately by talking to the bot) and everyone chooses a winner etc. and then the winner is entered and the ranking is updated.

BOT COMMANDS
/bets -> Available matches for betting
/bet -> Bet on a match
/top10 -> Shows the top 10 players
/top10rate -> Top 10 win rate
/addmatch -> Add a match for betting
/setscore -> Set the score of the match
/deletematch -> Deletes a match
