install the Bot token received from @BotFather
install the Telegram administrator ID

Copy the bot folder. Go to the bot folder.
Run "pip install -r" on the command line requirements.txt ".
Fill in the settings.ini file.
Start the bot on the command line: python3 main.py .
Fill in the information fields.
