A simple decentralized application for betting on Ethereum, created for educational purposes on the Rinkeby network.

how it works
Allows users to set the test broadcast to a number from one to 10.
After placing 10 bets, the smart contract randomly selects the winning number and transfers the balance of the contract to the account of the winner(s). Then the terms of the contract are reset to zero.
If no winners have been selected, the remaining funds are transferred to the drawing (similar to the lottery).
